This course will provide details on numerous real estate licensee disclosure requirement issues. Curriculum also includes the proper disclosures required by sellers, which will include explaining the choices that the sellers have for materials facts disclosure and the differences in the options. The class will cover special disclosure as well as the explanation of general material fact disclosure requirements.  We will discuss selling property “as is”, the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance and also what the code of ethics requires for disclosure.
