This class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate professionals and the conflicts they face in the continuance of their work offering both practical and ethical solutions. There will also be a detailed explanation of the Commission dispute arbitration process. Suggestions of corrective action and communication will be discussed as a standard of practice.
