This course will help real estate practitioners represent and counsel buyers by assessing buyers’ needs and wants, as well as preparing them to make informed decisions and understand the options available them. The instructor will help licensees understand the processes of the entire buyer process including showing the buyer homes, providing information regarding values, explain the mortgage process, explaining the purchase agreement processes as well as the necessary follow up and communication needed from purchase agreement to closing.
